The history of livestock farming and the effort invested in forging it are evident in every landscape depicted in “Tradición y faena ganadera” (Tradition and Livestock Work). From its fundamental role in mining and agriculture to the essential figure of the horseman—positioned at the top of the composition—and the diverse range of products destined for consumption, livestock farming has gone hand in hand with the region's development. All of this unfolds across the expansive landscapes of Cusihuriachi and Cuauhtémoc, where these rituals are passed down from generation to generation, much like the passes of a bullfighter.
